When the intention is lost. When the fight is barred. Sometimes new beginnings is a heart-wrenching idea and it's not until we say goodbye that we truly understand what we've said goodbye too. When a heart is broken it deepens into a dark and cold place because all it remembers is the why it happened and asks questions of how it happened. The same things go through our minds like a broken record scratched a thousand times. It's all an illusion, our minds play tricks because we don't want to know the truth until we can accept it within ourselves at the right time. When a heart is broken the mind is diffused. Diffused by reality. What the heart needs to do in order for it's blind eyes to see again is to ask our higher powers, our positive aura, a strength from God to show us the reasons why everything happens for it's own purpose. We need to ask them to reveal the inner truth and to ask for guidance in making us feel a positive force of what life really is. I believe everything does happen for a reason, whether that is to say for good or for worse, we all make mistakes and get driven along a bumpy side road at some point in our lives - but we learn. We learn not to make that mistake again. Even if it takes three or four times before we truly realise that the road we walk is just a vicious and dark, never ending circle. Sometimes those trails are lead by someone else. Or maybe it used to be a track where you'd be walking along the sandy beaches of an orange sunset and suddenly became the tempest. But 'life isn't a movie and we can't expect to live like the movies'. It's true we can't live like the characters in our favourite movies or experience the exact moment of our favourite scenes but we can make our own movies and we can create our own happy endings, we can still live a happy and movie-like life. You'd be surprised at where happiness comes from. Happiness isn't about the 'good life' or the 'easy life' or the 'expensive life', it's about loving everything in your world and embracing what you have. It's about finding the smallest things to enjoy and appreciating every detail of your unwritten story. It's about appreciating the people who keep you on your feet and those who have always believed and supported you. No matter how tough. No matter how wrong. No matter how petty. If you don't appreciate the love in this world you will never understand the true potential of a passion. If you don't give love, you will simply get no love in return. And always remember there is no such thing as giving away all of your love because what goes around comes back around. Give all your love and all your smiles and all your laughs and all your energy, it will come back to make your life more amazing then you ever imagined. You will begin to love every moment and will understand what the word 'peace' means. This next passage says it all and if we thrive to understand what it is being said in these words, we all have the chance to live a wonderful and loving life. Love always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. If we step back and choose to not, it may just be too late and the faith and hope within our minds may perish. For a tree to grow more beautiful and greener it needs a firm foundation. For it to be strong and to stand tall in the winter it needs a blanket of protection and it definitely needs nourishing for it to bloom in the spring time. Without these the tree is nothing but a flaccid corpse.
Live by these words and smile, for the tree is love. Don't let haste linger:
"If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when completeness comes, what is in part disappears. When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me. For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.
And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love."
